Train Christening Cake
Basic shape: A basic square fruit cake. Sometimes it is useful to build up the corners of the cake with marzipan to make them squarer. This is a better base for the icing.
Decor: This cake was iced with blue fondant icing and decorated using a variety of nozzles and piped royal icing.The child's date of birth or christening date can be added.

Golden Wedding Cake
Basic shape: A basic round fruit cake. Sometimes it is useful to build up the corners of the cake with marzipan to make them squarer. This is a better base for the icing.
Decor: This cake was iced with white fondant icing and decorated using a star nozzle around the base. The flowers were made from fondant icing.

21st Birthday Cake
Basic shape: A selection of slab sponge cakes put together with butter cream icing
Decor: This cake was iced with white and navy fondant icing and decorated using a star nozzle for
the icing around the base of each layer. The crazy paving style icing on
the middle layer was done with a single round hole nozzle of the smallest size and an unsteady hand!
The flowers were made from fondant icing. The wires were purchased from a cake decorating shop and the beads
from a necklace were glued to them with pva.
